Overnight Camping Information and Cancellation Policy

There is a 2-night minimum required on normal weekends, and a 3-night minimum on long weekends. A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. You are able to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Etransfer, or Cash. Check in time is at 2 pm and check out is at 12 pm (noon).

Payment in full required at time of booking.  Reservation fee of $10+hst is non-refundable.

Cancellations received up to 1 (one) week prior to arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less that one week prior to arrival are subject to a two(2) night camping fee, or three (3) nights on long weekends.

No Show. No Refund.

No refunds due to inclement weather.

Pavilion Rental Cancellation Policy

Cancelling 30 days or less in advance: no refund will be issued. If rebooking for a different date in the same calendar year, then only a $25+hst Rebooking fee applies.

Cancelling more than 30 days in advance: refund will be issued minus a $50+hst cancellation fee. There is no fee to rebook within the same calendar year.
