General Rules:
• No alcohol for DAY USE pavilion rentals.
• OVERNIGHT Pavilion Rentals may consume alcohol at the pavilion. Alcohol must only be consumed within the pavilion area. It is prohibited in all common areas and roadways in the park.
• Smoking or Vaping is ONLY allowed in the Designated Smoking Area for both OVERNIGHT and DAY pavilion rentals.
• Speed limit: 15 km/h or less.
• Clear the pavilion area by 8 PM for day use or 10AM for overnight use; all guests must leave the property by this time.
Departure Checklist:
• Place garbage bins and recycling inside the kitchen or bring them to the garbage and recycling bins near the office. Please use garbage bins for garbage, and recycling bins for recycling.
• Close washroom and kitchen doors.
• Turn off lights.
Campground Etiquette:
• If walking in the campground, stay on roadways. Be respectful to our campers and their sites.
• The road in front of the pavilion is used by campers. Be respectful of those walking or driving by the pavilion. Keep pavilion road clear for vehicle access.
• Minimize noise and disruptive activities.
• Events and Activities put on by the campground Social Committee are not for Pavilion Renters.
Supervision and Safety:
• We do not provide lifeguards or attendants on the property. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of their own children. If they are leaving the pavilion area, they must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian.
• Children 12 years of age or under are not allowed near the pond unless accompanied by a parent or his/her agent who is not less than 16 years of age.
Pets:
• Pets are part of the family. That is why our park is pet friendly.
• Pets are not permitted in the kitchen, washrooms, or the beach and swimming pond.
• Clean up after your pet, control noise, and keep them leashed.
• If you would like to let your dog off leash, please only do so in our dog run area around the fishing pond. This area is not fenced in.
Pavilion Cancellation Policy:
• Cancelling 30 days or less in advance: no refund will be issued. If rebooking for a different date in the same calendar year, then only a $25+hst Rebooking fee applies.
• Cancelling more than 30 days in advance: refund will be issued minus a $50+hst cancellation fee. There is no fee to rebook within the same calendar year.
• No Show. No Refund.
• No refunds due to inclement weather.
